Emery + Shaina : A Northwest Iowa Wedding

Emery & Shaina were married on a beautiful day in September in Ida Grove, Iowa, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, which happens to be the church I grew up in and was married in, so it was wonderful to be able to photograph there again!  Most of the photographs before the wedding took place at Moorehead Park, just outside of Ida Grove.  It is always one of my favorite spots in the area during the summer and fall for portraits.  Since it was the Iowa vs Iowa State game, the groomsman brought a few "props" out for their group photos. 

Following the ceremony, we traveled south to Denison, Iowa, to the Boulders Conference Center.  We stopped for a few photos out on the golf course before the reception started.  Their meal was followed toasts and a lot of dancing.
