Wedding & Reception - Denison, Iowa

Tyler & Kenzie were married on a very VERY cold day in January! But - with ice & a little snow the night before the wedding, it made for beautiful outdoor pictures. Even though it was not even 10 degrees, they were troopers & let me spend quite a bit of time outdoors. Thanks guys! :)

When Tyler & Kenzie messaged me to say that they wanted me to photograph their wedding, let's just say I was excited! I had photographed both Kenzie & her sister Macy's senior pics.......and I have known Tyler & his family forever! His aunt was a very good friend of mine in high school, & his mother & I used to work together. I love photographing weddings when I know both sides of the family.

I arrived the morning of their wedding to The Stables at Copper Ridge. If you have never visited this venue - it is absolutely AMAZING! The bride & her bridesmaids get ready down at the house in their very own bridal suite. Tyler & Kenzie chose to have their wedding & reception all at the venue. So once we were done with the outdoor photographs, we arrived back at the stables for more of just the two of them, followed by family.

Following the reception, the bridal party hopped on a bus for a short cruise while the guests enjoyed a short cocktail hour before dinner. From the flowers to the desserts to the table decor - everything was picture perfect.
